Ivory Tower: Giorgio Moroder theme

(The).html This FAIR USE upload is the Ivory Tower theme as it appears in the US/ international version of The Never Ending Story. This replaced the original theme composed by Klaus Doldinger for the German Version. Unfortunately, this theme has never had an official soundtrack release, only a longer synthesized version that was also used in the theatrical trailer. So I recorded this off the region 1 dvd. I tried to isolate the music from any sound effects or dialog by swapping between the two different parts of the movie where it is played. The visuals show you which part the music is sourced from. Hopefully, Warner Bros. will release a special edition dvd of the movie with a complete soundtrack.
