How I GOT BIG GLUTES. Do I ISOLATE GLUTES in my Workouts? Someone asked me if I feel the need to isolate glutes in my training. I can say that when I first started training that my glutes didn’t respond very well, but when I started to perform one legged squats and lunges, then my glutes developed very well. So, no I don’t isolate glutes with hip thrusts, but I DO get a lot of glute work from my lunge and one legged squats workouts. Want to Support my work?
