Trang Islands

The Trang Islands are the kind of tropical island escape that many people dream of. The three islands with most beachfront accommodation are Koh Ngai, Koh Kradan and Koh Muk but if you seek a really isolated, difficult-to-get-to island, see Koh Bulon, Koh Sukorn and Koh Libong. Less development means a more natural environment. The deeper the water, the clearer it is. The water around these islands is both clearer and cleaner than that along the mainland beaches. Emerald Cave near Koh Kradan, where a sea tunnel leads to a beach in a cave, is amazing. Koh Kradan the most famous of all the Trang islands with stark white sand and crystal-clear waters are brimming with fish.
