Stationary Ballhandling workout by ForeverIBall Skill Development Trainer, Richard Starling.
Amount of Reps - Try and go for as many reps as you can for 30-60 seconds per drill.
To challenge yourself further, try doing this workout with a heavy basketball and then repeat using a regular one.
These dribbling drills can be done practically anywhere. This is a great way to warmup your handles, before you start working on your go-to moves on the court.
