China blasts its first flat-panel comsat atop Long March-2D rocket

ANOTHER FIRST BY CHINA: Breathtaking footage of China’s launch of its first flat-panel communication satellite with a flexible solar array atop a majestic Long March-2D rocket. The #GalaxySpace Lingxi-03 satellite launched this morning marks the first in-orbit verification of multi-satellite stack launch technology in China. China successfully sent 4 satellites into the preset orbit via a Long March-2D rocket from Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center on Sun, mainly used for commercial remote sensing information services and tech verification.
