We read all your comments from the LOWER body stretches we put out. And it was definitely time to redo a shoulder, and wanted to add in some wrist as well for the front rack mobility! All of these should be eased into. Don’t force positions, work into them. If things start to hurt about halfway through, you can take a break, adjust, and get back into it.
Hopefully these can shed some light on the constant wrist pain
