Silver Soldered Boiler for 16mm Live Steam Locomotive

This boiler is small but the same techniques are used on all sizes of copper boiler. My top tip for for silver soldering is use a large enough burner to get the metal hot enough. Prolonged heating will burn away the flux before the solder is applied. The model is Wild Rose designed by Dave Watkins.
