We recently had the pleasure of visiting Zurab Kviriashvili Vineyards in Telavi, Georgia — the heart of Georgian wine country. Zurab showed us the 8000-year-old Georgian winemaking process at his small-batch winery and shared the wonders of traditional Georgian food with us! We tried classic Georgian eats like chakapuli and mtsvadi (BBQ cooked over grapevines) and even tried making khinkali, or Georgian dumplings.
