Octavate were formed after a chance meeting between George & Anders at Basscamp, a residential music production course for aspiring dnb artists held in Portugal in 2019. “Ultimatum“ was the very first tune they wrote and remains a very special tune for this talented British/Danish duo. Encapsulating the essence of Octavate in their rawest form, “Ultimatum“ combines their love for experimentation, organic progression and big, bad, bass. This theme is continued through three further impressive tracks, each revealing another side to this exciting combo’s arsenal. After five years of developing their sound and releasing for several high-profile labels, Octavate are ready and proud to unleash their debut EP on Dispatch.
