Mind movies, what is a difference between imagination and reality? This video is an invitation for self-inquiry into the mind and into imagination function. We have a capacity to dream with eyes open and we are constantly watching mind movies about the past, future, and all the things that are not happening right now. The problem is that we identify with the character on the mind movie screen. We think this person is ME. We take a mind created movies seriously and that creates suffering. The image of me-the-person is not what you are. How to shift attention from mind movies to presence? How to have a peaceful mind? How to make the mind movies more pleasant?
