Luxury Athletic Club - 1:220 Scale Architectural Model

We were commissioned to build this giant 6ft. by 7ft. 1:220 scale architectural model of Newtown Luxury Athletic Club. The model is featuring existing buildings and structures as well as future development of the club’s properties and landscape. The topography was CNC carved using the architectural CAD files. All buildings and a pool area were 3D developed and SLA built as well as other custom elements, such as sun beds, outdoor lights and such. One of the challenges was to create a multi-layered “glass“
