The 97th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide - Demonstration in Ottawa

As every year, over 1000 Armenian-Canadian’s converged on Parliament Hill in Ottawa and thanked their government for accepting the Armenian Genocide. The group marched through the streets of Ottawa to the Turkish embassy and demanded an end to the denial campaign waged by Ankara and come to terms with their past.
