130,000 Year Old Evidence Of Neandertals in North America?

An international team of archaeologists from the United States and Australia has concluded that the first humans to arrive in what we today call The Americas may have actually been Neanderthals or Denisovans. The peer-reviewed paper was published in the prestigious journal “Nature”. The archaeologists specifically used the term “unidentified species of hominid” in their paper to emphasize that they believe it was not Homo sapiens. Most archaeologists will simply never believe it – the dates are too old for a site in Paleo-America, the tools are too primitive and the implications too mind-boggling.
