Chapter 1 Introducing Winnie-the-Pooh and some bees!

Winnie-the-Pooh chapter 1 tells how Christopher Robin asks the narrator to tell a story about Winnie-the-Pooh, a teddy bear who loves stories about himself. Winnie-the-Pooh goes for a walk and finds a tree with a bee’s nest. He climbs the tree to reach the honey but falls down again. He asks Christopher Robin for a balloon and covers himself with some mud to disguise himself as a little black rain cloud then, holding on to the balloon he floats up to the tree top where the bees are. The bees are not fooled and attack him. Christopher Robin shoots the balloon and Winnie-the-Pooh floats back down to safety.
