Loose Boats, Barges on the Hudson River (Troy, New York)

Several unmanned boats and vessels pass beneath the Troy-Menands Bridge on the Hudson River in Troy, New York. The vessels broke free of their moorings on Friday, January 25th, 2019, as a result of heavy rainfall and ice flow on the Hudson River.
