FREE Butterfly Pull-up Guide - (strict and kipping too!)
Butterfly pull-up are one of the trickiest movements in CrossFit to master; mainly because it’s really hard to train the timing and pattern of the movement without doing the actual movement itself! (Which can lead to months of flailing around on the bar in frustration)
But this video is about to fix that for you! I have 2 awesome drills that are all you need to master the butterfly pull-up once and for all... providing you have the required strength that is.
