Cy Young - Mendelssohn’s Spring Song (1931)

Rare 2-color ’Brewster Color’ print of this first film by Cy Young, who went on to head Walt Disney’s effects animation department until departing during the strike in 1941. Digitized from 35mm nitrate film by the folks at Thunderbean, from their DVD ’Cultoons! Vol.1: Ads and Oddities’. They do good work, support it here: More on Cy Young: (animator)
