Putin inspects mobilized soldiers and fires rifle amid ’tense’ situation in E. Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin can be seen lying on the ground and firing from a rifle during his inspection on a training ground for mobilized troops on Thursday. Putin was accompanied on the trip to Ryazan, southeast of Moscow, by Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, who reported how the men were drafted.
