Wearing a diaper to work or school can be a bit of a challenge at first. I’m here to give you a few tips on how to remain cool calm and confident as you go throughout your day. One of the main things you will need to know to help keep your self confidence is to make sure you are wearing what you are most comfortable in. If you suffer from more sever incontinence and need to wear something thicker to manage it then you will want to try to wear something a bit more loose fitting. If you need to wear clothes that are a bit more tight fitting then you may want to choose an adult diaper that is a bit thinner. Being confident in how you look can really reduce those thoughts of being noticed running through your head. I think that’s best achieved by asking yourself before you leave..“Am I comfortable wearing this?“. Other than that there are 5 basic tips you will want to know when wearing a diaper to work or school. 1. Always wear dark clothing. 2. Look for private restrooms. 3. Change using a wall. 4. Have cologne or perfume handy. 5. Change when needed. Those are just some basic all around tips. I rarely ever have leaks and whenever I do they are never as bad or noticable as I think they are. I always wear darker clothing though. I’ve also never had anyone tell me that I smell like urine. Though I“m not sure anyone would if I did....
