California Winter Storm Traffic - Lake Tahoe - Donner Pass - I80 - HWY 50 -snowy wrecks

Content from I-80 from Soda Springs to Donner Pass, #california after a #winter #storm hit over the weekend. #accidents occurred all along I-80 prompting the closure of the interstate due to #blizzard conditions. The only route open to Lake Tahoe was Hwy 50 where numerous cars slid on #icy #roads making for near impossible #travel conditions due to #weather. Shots include #trucking stuck in the snow, medic seeking treatment in his own ambulance and cars sliding around. Also huge snow cuts as CalDot #snowremoval is underway with #snow #plowing using the rotary blowers on cuts as large as the massive machines.
