BURN 500 CALORIES 🔥 30 Min FULL BODY HIIT Workout with Weights
Build muscle definition and strength while burning fat in this 30 minute full body HIIT workout with weights. Together, we’ll work through 3 circuits, 5 exercises each, repeating each circuit 2x. The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest throughout. We’ll end the workout with a 1 minute plank finisher.
For this workout you’ll need two sets of dumbbells. For reference only, I’m using 15 lbs & 25 lbs dumbbells (7 & 11 kg). Use weights that challenge you but allow you to get through each set. You can repeat this workout and scale up or down as needed.
