SKANDAMATA MANTRA Om Devi Skandamatayai Namaha Skandmata is the fifth incarnation of Goddess Durga, and she is worshipped on the fifth day of the Navaratri festival. Skandmata is depicted with four hands, she holds lotus flower in two hands, one hand is in the posture of blessing her devotees, and with the other hand, she holds her son Kartikeya the Lord of war, who is seated on her lap.
