Windows 7 on 5MHz

200 times lower than the official minimum CPU requirement. After lots and lots of optimizations, including even disabling LogonUI and entering in a crippled OOBE state, I have finally managed to run Windows 7 on just 5MHz. And not only that, but it’s surprisingly usable, as you will see in the video (well, usable as in you can actually do something without the whole thing crashing in a spectacular manner).
