My CARDIO workout - ballerina Maria Khoreva - warmup, stretching, home class
Here’s a quick and easy HIIT routine I filmed yesterday that for me sort of compensates running through a ballet solo and you can absolutely do it at home (obv). We’re doing warmup and then 12 exercises in intervals 20 sec on, 10 sec off twice through! Hope you like i! Let’s try staying strong together!
