Repairing a Bosch GBH 5-38D rotary hammer that is not hammering.

This hammer has done quite a but of work but I would say it has now been laying up for quite a while. The hammer o ring have gotten stuck and moulded to the hammer pipe. it also has an oil leak and the is no oil left inside the gearbox.
