Welcome to our Ocean Plastic Lab. Here, our oceanographers are processing the millions of plastic pieces collected during this year’s Mega Expedition. This research will help us determine the distribution and properties of the plastic pollution in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, in preparation for the 2020 cleanup.
