Promotion came at a price for Leipzig’s head coach Ralf Rangnick. After his side’s 2-0 win over Karlsruhe, the waiting was over for RB Leipzig as they finally secured promotion to the Bundesliga. Leipzig’s heroes celebrated with their boss after the game, giving him the obligatory beer shower - but strangely, Rangnick suffered a muscle injury during the celebrations.
