Brood 9 Kickboxing Tabata Drill

This is a Kickboxing Tabata Drill. It’s a 4 minute set that consists of 8 rounds of 20 second high impact drills, with 10 seconds rest in between each round. This is done with a Thai Heavy Bag and is good to add to any of your Muay Thai or regular Kickboxing drills to add combat style interval training.
