Crazy dance jam - Lindy Hop

This is an extract from a dance show called Echoes of Harlem, performed by the swing dance performance group and project, The Harlem Hot Shots, from Stockholm Sweden. Dance style: Lindy Hop. The Hot Shots project focus their work around techniques, dances, and styles that originally derived out of Harlem, New York, during the swing era. Our mission is to continually learn more and more and through stage performance, shine a light towards the rich swing dance traditions that came out of the Afro-American dance scene in the 1920s-50s. We aim to create performances where we pay tribute to what came before us in a respectful but yet personal way.
