The webinar will explore ‘Literacy in Primary CLIL’ by first considering what is meant by literacy in primary ELT contexts. The webinar will then look at ways in which CLIL can provide rich opportunities for developing young learners’ literacy skills across the curriculum. Examples of pupils’ work will be examined to understand what literacy in primary CLIL looks like and then ideas about how primary teachers can develop learners’ literacy skills in CLIL will be suggested. Throughout the webinar, a range of primary CLIL materials from different sources will be used for learners
