N. Korea says it test fired new strategic cruise missile ’Bulhwasal-3-31’

북한 “어제 신형전략순항미사일 ’불화살-3-31’ 첫 시험발사“ North Korea claims that what it fired into the West Sea on Wednesday was a “new-type strategic cruise missile.“ According to Pyongyang’s state-run media a few hours ago, the North conducted the first test launch of its newly-developed cruise missile named “Bulhwasal-3-31,“ or “fire arrow” in Korean. The report also said it’s an ongoing process of upgrading the weapons system, and a “regular“ and “obligatory“ activity for its missile and defense science agencies.
