Pakistan police station attack leaves at least 10 dead

파키스탄 경찰서 공격에 최소 10명 사망 Over to Pakistan now, where on Monday at least 10 police officers were killed and 6 injured in a pre-dawn attack by armed militants on a police station in Dera Ismail Khan, near the border with Afghanistan. The militants began the attack with sniper fire at around 3 am local time, before entering the building armed with guns, grenades, and rockets. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack however Pakistan has seen a resurgence of attacks by Islamist militants since 2022, when a ceasefire agreement between Pakistani Taliban and the government ended.
