Line Art Sailor Cosmos

After my rough pencil art has been approved (by me) i’ll redraw all the frames in pen so scanning/editing them will be easier. I’ll color in the scenes where they have color in them with copic markers. then cut and paste it on a background (usually a moving animated one)
