Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China Zhao Leji, at the invitation of the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, arrived on an official visit to Russia He was met at the gangway by First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Ivan Melnikov.
