Iron debris fell on the contact wires and rails. Movement of trains was stopped for ten minutes. The press service of the Moscow Railroad later said train traffic was restored in both directions. Moscow and the Moscow region have been hit by significant storm with the Emergencies Ministry warning of lightening strikes, heavy rain, large hail and strong wind up to 56 mph (90 km/h).
