️RUSSIA TO LAUNCH MANGO ROUNDS MANUFACTURING IN INDIA Under the ’Make in India’ initiative, joint defense projects include the licensed production of T-90 tanks, ’Mango’ shells equipped with armour-piercing sub-caliber projectiles, among other advanced weapons systems: Rostec CEO Sergei Chemezov ◾️The 3VBM17 ’Mango’ shells feature the 3BM42 fin-stabilized armour-piercing sub-caliber projectile, which effectively targets modern tanks equipped with composite armour. ◾️Key facilities will be set up by Rosoboronexport in cooperation with the Indian defense industry.
