A baby and a woman were rescued from a car moments before it was swept away by heavy flooding as a rare tropical storm hit Brazil. In video posted online, a man can be seen leaning out of a coach and reaching towards a car submerged beneath floodwater in Nova Iguaçu, near Rio de Janeiro.
