Never seen this before! Challenging Jump Rope Workout Routine

One of my warm up workouts with a pvc Rope. • 100 Basic speed Jumps • 50 criss criss (Cross over) backwards • 100 consecutive double under • 50 consecutive Triple under • 10 Frogs (Handstand pull trough) • 10 Push ups (pull trough) • 10 Splits (each side) Beginner/Advanced: 50: Basic jumps 20: criss cross 2-10 : consecutive double under 5 : jump into Handstand (no pull trough) 5 : jump into Push ups (no pull trough) 5 : jump into lunge (each side) Give it a try and have fun 💪🤩🤗 #fitnessworkouts
