食材:
杏鲍菇 300克、老豆腐 100克、胡萝卜 30克、青椒 30克、
素蚝油 ½汤匙、酱油 ½汤匙、胡椒粉 ⅛茶匙、芝麻油 ½茶匙、
食用油 ½汤匙、盐 1/4茶匙、白胡椒 1/4茶匙、中筋面粉 50克、
营养酵母 ½汤匙、清水 120毫升、红薯粉、
拉差辣椒酱 1汤匙、米醋 1汤匙

carrot 30g, green pepper 30g,
mushrooms stir-fry sauce ½tbsp, soy sauce ½tbsp,
white pepper ⅛tsp, sesame oil ½tsp,
cooking oil ½tbsp, salt ¼tsp, white pepper ¼tsp,
all-purpose flour 50g, nutritional yeast ½tbsp,
water 120ml, sweet potato starch,
sriracha sauce 1tbsp, rice vinegar 1 tbsp
