Engine Room tour on the Battleship Texas

Come and join me for a tour of these two of a kind steam engines. These are the two steam engines that propelled the Battleship Texas for over 30 years through two world wars. These two engine rooms have been closed to the public for the last two years due to a critical capital repair project to repair the frames on the bottom of the ship. However, this Saturday, January 5th, both engine rooms will be reopening to the public for tours. Come and join us for Operation Full Steam Ahead. .
