I Don’t Understand AMERICAN ENGLISH!!!!!

I need HELP understanding American English! Eat Sleep Dreamers I love the rich vocabulary and slang that American culture has given the English language. However, there is ONE phrase I DON’T GET! ’I could care less’! What does that mean? Ok, I know what it means BUT it doesn’t make sense to me. Watch this video to find out why I don’t get it.
