The Dolly Dots’ comeback tour kicks off in September 2021. The five ladies will give dozens of theater concerts throughout the Netherlands from September 28, 201 to February 13, 2022, producer SENF Theaterpartners famous Dutch girlgroup announced a reunion tour in January 2020. But this had to be canceled due to the corona pandemic. Now Angela Groothuizen, Patty Zomer, Esther Oosterbeek, Anita Heilker and Angéla Kramers are still going into the theaters. The tour was almost sold out when the corona crisis broke out. The tickets purchased then are valid for the new dates communicated through the theaters. There are still tickets available in Den Bosch, Apeldoorn and the new theater Amare in The Hague.

The group originally consisting of six members broke through in 1979 with ’(Tell It All About) Boys’. That song was in the top 40 for thirteen weeks with ninth place as the highest ranking. Other well-known hits are ’Radio’ (1979), ’Hela-di-ladi-lo’ (1980) and ’Love me just a little bit more’ (1983). The group was also successful abroad, in Japan ’Radio’ was good for platinum.
