1 mango, cubed 1/2 cup of red onion 1 bell pepper, cubed 1 avocado, cubed 2 Tbsp. of lime juice 1 Tbsp. of olive oil salt & pepper 1/4 cup of cilantro 4 cups of cooked rice 3 Tbsp. of rice vinegar 1 Tbsp. of sugar 1/2 tsp of salt 1 lb shrimp flour eggs panko oil for frying nori Directions: Mix the mango salsa.
