Ingredients: 100g kumquats 4 figs 75g sugar 2 oranges 1 stick cinnamon 375g mascarpone 3 eggs at room temperature 150g cream Pinch of green pepper 1-2 teaspoons of bourbon vanilla sugar Pinch of salt 130g pain d’epice (spiced bread) 2 tablespoons hazelnuts Method: 1.
