Harry proves his ’petulance’ by only appearing at Diana event AFTER William goes home, says expert

Prince Harry’s appearance at a Diana event after William has already gone home is a sign of his “petulance“, a royal expert has fumed. Prince William is set to stand before a crowd in London at the annual Diana Legacy Award event, giving a short speech as he honours the winners. Royal Biographer Angela Levin has blasted Harry for agreeing to talk over video link, after William has left. She told The Sun: “It’s a continuation of how badly they get on together. “William’s absolutely furious with Harry and Harry’s being petulant.
