Reports indicate flooding in streams and small rivers in the affected area, as the soil couldn’t absorb the immense amount of water from the heavy rains. Consequently, numerous residents have been compelled to evacuate their homes and relocate to safer areas on their own. The situation calls for immediate attention and assistance to mitigate the impact of the floods and provide relief to the affected population. Naturals hazards in 2023 have become more frequent.
