How to do valve clearance & adjustment on Honda crf 450 x Part 2

My cry 450 x 2005 model started playing up, it would not start with electric start, it would only start with kick start but even that with great difficulty, compression also very low, on this video we looking to find out if it is the valves that caused this problem and we do find out that one valve is to tight !!!
