10 Whitest Countries NOT in Europe. Today I am going to tell you about the 10 countries with the highest percentage of white residents outside of Europe. I am sure some will surprise you. After our black-and-white series, I had a lot of requests to do the same thing for countries. I did a little research and decided to go with the whitest countries outside of Europe and Scandinavia. I have to throw that Scandinavia part in there because some people don’t consider Norway, Sweden, and Finland part of Europe. They are part of Europe but some people scour YouTube videos for anything they consider a mistake and try and turn it into their gotcha moment of the day. Now, what are white people and where are they now? We have used people of European origin to define the term “white” in this video. White obviously isn’t a race even though it is a race choice when you apply to be the night cook and boxing coach at Waffle House.
