The Adaptation Problem

There are many different approaches an anime studio can take when adapting a show from a manga or light novel. This video serves to provide some perspective on the various methods of adaptation as well as the pros and cons of each method. I also inspect some Studio Bones shows like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Noragami Aragoto, My Hero Academia and Kekkai Sensen and discuss Bones’ recent approach to adapting manga.
