Instructions..

🍊put your left hand on your head
🍊use your right thumb to find your mastoid process (bony ridge-follow the vid)
🍊slide right down off of it
🍊put pressure and look for discomfort/tension
🍊hold your thumb there
🍊use your left hand to create movement of your head for a more effective release 🍊prod for 1min
🍊switch hands and repeat on the other side..
